On a cold February day, members of the Ohio SPCA Respond Team removed 6 dogs and 5 cats. Numerous rabbits had already died, and the dogs were living in horrendous conditions inside the owner's home. Hoarding does not always involve large numbers of animals, but a filthy living environment and neglect of animals are typically evident.
