Bam Bam

Bam Bam, our Jersey steer, was cast off from the dairy industry. We rescued him when he was four months old from conditions that weren’t ideal. He was destined to be slaughtered for meat by his first year (at most, veal calves are killed before they're five months old!). Instead, he got to three years with his best friend, BoBeau, until he died in 2025. These two loved each other despite having such different personalities. They were always right next to each other in the pasture. Bam Bam is rambunctious and can be seen leaping up and running towards anyone who may have treats for him. You’ll also hear him bellowing when dinner is late.
